MARK FALCONE, GENERAL CONTRACTOR
I’ve been in residential construction for over 40 years. I got my first job at 18, discovered a talent for finish carpentry, and went into business for myself at 23. Years later I joined the Navy Sea Bees, traveling to New Orleans, Germany, and Diego Garcia, working at naval bases up and down the coast. When I left the military I returned to running my business, went back to school, and focused on supporting my family.
Early in my career, a supervisor pulled me aside and asked, “how do you feel about leadership?” I had no answer then, but the question has stayed with me ever since. Today I’d tell him that leadership means challenging myself every day to be an example of the qualities I want to cultivate in my team and in every client relationship.

OUR STORY
In 2018, after 30 years in residential construction, Mark hit a wall. The work was good but something was missing, and he needed a change. He stepped back, started taking on smaller jobs for friends and family, and word spread fast. Before long he was doing handyman work full time on referrals alone.
Working closely with homeowners again reminded him why he got into this business in the first place. But he kept hearing the same story; people who had been burned by a contractor or handyman, who had lost time and money, and were starting to wonder if anyone in this industry could be trusted. Those stories stuck with him.
That’s when Mark and Ginger decided to team up and build something different. Homesource Homes was founded on the belief that quality, integrity, and honest communication shouldn’t be the exception in this industry, they should be the standard.
