Mark Falcone, General Contractor

I’ve been in the residential construction field for over 37 years. I get so much pleasure from walking with my customers through every aspect of a home improvement project. From the early stages of creative visioning, through the many decisions and details, all the way through to the finished product. I love to share my experience and support my customers as we work together to create a space they love to live in.

Back in 2018, I had been building new homes, large additions, and doing remodels for 30 years. I did great work, but I was tired and burned out. There was something missing. I decided to take a step back and do some soul searching. I needed work during this time, so I started doing smaller jobs for friends and family, and word spread like wildfire. Soon I was doing handyman work full time just from word of mouth referrals. I enjoyed working closely with homeowners, getting to know them, and listening to their struggles. I heard story after story from people who had been ‘burned’ by a handyman or contractor in the past. They’d lost time and money, but even worse, they were beginning to wonder if there was anyone they could trust with their homes. These stories were heartbreaking and they gave me a new sense of purpose. My wife, Ginger and I decided to team up and make it our mission to bring quality, integrity, communication, and trust back to this industry.
